accessible anytime, anywhere; 3al ba7r. 3al Ba7r will be able to provide, facilitate and 

localize. PROVIDE a place for you; a place of which you manually choose the location, 

features and capacity. FACILITATE everything you need to know more or to reach that 

place without direct contact with its owner. LOCALIZE the whole process, starting with 

your search and ending with your payment and review.  

●In parallel, we will be helping home owners and real estate companies in expanding 

their business by providing a platform on which they can show their places and reach 

more customers daily, in addition to handling all  the operations on their behalf.  

 

MISSION  

We aim at accommodating travellers on their coastal journeys and digitally 

exposing homes to constantly expand their owners’ reach.  

 

OUR CORE VALUES 

1. Fulfillment. 3al Ba7r is created on the core value of fulfillment; to fulfill a 

customer’s coastal calling by providing them with a home, and a market 

need to momentarily showcase a coastal residence on a local digital 

platform, either owned by an individual or a company. 

2. Convenience. At 3al Ba7r, we built our model based on the convenience of 

our travellers and hosts in terms of currency, rental processes, minimal 

contact and speed. 

3. Discovery. 3al Ba7r’s very core encourages discovery by providing homes 

at new coastal destinations for travellers to explore, evidently introducing 

them to new activities and that infuse their trips with adrenaline.
